Why do I need an appointment?
Stanek Gallery is now located at 720 North 5th Street in a building that requires key card access. We would love to let you in so you can view our current exhibitions, but we need to know when you plan to be here and when you arrive to do so. If you come on a Tuesday or Saturday, someone will be waiting in the gallery space to let you in - just give us a call to enter through the security door.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call us at 215 - 908 - 3277 during our business hours or email us anytime at info@stanekgallery.net to set up an appointment. If we are unavailable when you call, we will get back to you as soon as we can to confirm a date and time for your visit.
How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointment?
Call and email us anytime to set up an appointment. You can call or email us the day you want to visit and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you call during our business hours to stop in that day, please allow us 15-20 minutes to prepare. For emails, we will respond as soon as possible to confirm your appointment.
Who can visit?
Anyone and everyone is welcome at Stanek Gallery! We are open to the public. There are no limitations on who can join us to admire, inquire, or purchase art.
Will other people be there during my appointment?
There is a possibility if you book an appointment last minute that others will be in the gallery. If you would prefer a private appointment we can absolutely accommodate that. Just let us know when you call or email us to book your appointment.
Are there different types of appointments? Which one do I need?
If you would like a private appointment or want to make sure certain staff, like our owner and director Katherine Stanek, is here during your visit, just let us know when you book your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What can I expect to see at Stanek Gallery Philadelphia?
Stanek Gallery showcases paintings, drawings, sculptures, and more from our impressive repertoire of master artists as well as carefully selected guest artists. Our exhibitions change once every two months so there is always something new to see! If you are interested in a particular artist that we represent or specific works in our inventory, let us know and we will make them available to you.

What if I need special assistance?
Please feel free to call us if you need assistance. We would love you to visit! Our building has a wheelchair-accessible entrance with a ramp when using the entrance closest to the parking lot behind our building as well as a separate 5th street entrance with an elevator.

We are located at the corner of 5th and Brown in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia.
